Who needs Pepsi when you have HEALTHY fizzy drinks?

Well, the Kefir Delight (Kefirade) adventure progresses! So far we've got Kinnu, banana, melon, pear, strawberry, ready on a regular basis, based on seasonal fruits.

Strawberry is a clear favorite!! Followed by banana and kinnu... it's incredibly tangy and fizzy. The kefir critters metabolize the sugars in the honey and fruits, and after a while you'd better be careful opening the bottle.

I opened strawberry the morning after I bottled it; got a nice strawberry kefir face mask. It's naturally carbonated, and while the fizz is super fun when drinking, I have learnt (after washing my face numerous times) that I MUST leave lots of space at the top of the bottles next time.

So you don't have to worry when you get your Kefir Delight at Kuch Khas this saturday. Just be sure to open it before storing if you're not drinking it, to let out some carbon.
